Master printmaker Mauricio Lasansky was born in Argentina in 1914. He now lives and works in Iowa although semi retired. Most famous for his "Nazi Drawings". One of these pieces is a portrait done of his son. The edition size is 50 to 70 and have been sold out for years. These are very impressive works done by a modern master. Mauricio Lasansky has had over 250 one-man shows in the United States and 35 countries. His works can be seen in over 140 museums and public collections in the United States, Argentina, Colombia, England, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, and other countries. |
